This means you get to see a huge range of jobs that have been posted elsewhere.
On Gisajob, you can browse vacancies by region or work category only. Or you can add the criteria of skills / keywords and type of advertiser (i.e. employer, agency or both). There is the opportunity to further refine your search once the results are displayed. One interesting feature is the 'cross marketing' of vacancies. When you access full details of a job, you'll see a button that links through to similar jobs, or to jobs that other candidates applying for this vacancy have shown interest in.

Search results are not specific enough, possibly due to poor categorisation. If you use the geographical location as a search criteria, many jobs in other regions appear in the results. Presumably, inappropriate jobs will also be sent via daily email alerts, if you request them. Whatever the reason, this is frustrating for the job seeker.
