Ordering the Premier CV Service

You can order the Premier CV Service online, by phone or email.

To order by phone:

• Freephone: 0800 331 7756, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK time) or from a mobile: 01606 831 320 or international: +44 1606 831 320. Calls to 0800 numbers are free from UK landlines and mobiles.
• When you call, we will agree a mutually convenient time for the telephone consultation part of our service and can take your payment on a credit or debit card. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express (Amex), JCB.

To order online:

• You can order a 2-Page Premier CV or a 3-Page Premier CV. Note, we normally recommend that you order a 2-page CV, as this is what most employers expect to receive.
• Once you've paid, we will contact you to agree a mutually convenient time for the telephone consultation part of our service and to request a copy of your most recent CV (if you have a CV). If you order outside our normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), we will contact you the next working day.

To order by email:

• If you have a current CV, please email it to and put Premier CV in the subject line. Please indicate if you would like to pay online or over the phone. If you would like us to phone you to take payment, please include your weekday daytime telephone number.
• Please also list any background information you feel relevant and indicate whether you would like a cover letter (i.e. a general covering letter, a speculative cover letter for an employer, or a cover letter for a specific advertisement response) to accompany your CV.
• For telephone orders we will call you, agreeing a mutually convenient time for the telephone consultation part of our service and taking your payment on a credit or debit card. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express (Amex), JCB.
• For online orders we will send you a payment link and you can then pay by PayPal or a major credit / debit card, including Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express (Amex) or a Discover card.
• Once you've paid, we will contact you to agree a mutually convenient time for the telephone consultation part of our service. If you use the payment link outside our normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), then we will contact you the next working day.

General information:

• We aim to deliver your new CV to you within 2 to 5 working days.
• If you have an urgent deadline, please telephone us, as we can often accommodate this.
