Job Central is a network of individual US state sites, supported by the DirectEmployers Association and National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) alliance. This defines the kind of advertisers you'll find on this site, as they are mostly large employers and members of the associations (although others can advertise too).
For US jobs, you can browse by state. Or you can conduct a more advanced search by keyword, job category, state, salary, experience level required, kind of advertiser, and date advert posted. You can include up to three locations. You can save your search criteria, along with adverts that interest you. Click on job results and you are taken through to the advertiser's website.
For worldwide jobs, the search is simpler. Enter a keyword, select a continent / world region, and the country. The results that come up mostly comprise jobs with major US companies with overseas operations.
JobCentral.com allows you to save searches and receive email alerts for similar jobs as they're posted. You can upload your CV / resume so that employers can view it. Other site features include a resume writing advice, areas for executive posts, for veteran candidates, a salary calculator; and a video for jobseekers. The site also links through to the NACE graduate employment site.
